Executive Committee

Serving as Greater Columbia's governing board, it is comprised of nine County Commissioners from the counties that make up the Greater Columbia region. The Executive Committee is convened to supervise and direct the activities of GCBH to best serve the residents of Asotin, Benton, Columbia, Franklin, Garfield, Kittitas, Walla Walla, and Yakima Counties. 

The Executive Committee is scheduled to meet the first Thursday of each month at 9:00 AM

Clinical Crisis Providers

A forum for the coordination of clinical performance improvement efforts affecting the members of the GCBH Provider Network.  Scheduled to meet at least quarterly, or more often as needed. 

Credentialing Committee

Convened to review organizational providers prior to inclusion in the network and re-credential existing network providers to assure they are in good standing with regulatory and accrediting bodies, continue to maintain appropriate levels of malpractice insurance, and are free from sanctions or ethical violations which indicate a problem with the quality of service delivery. 

Funding and Fiscal Operations Committee

Convened to provide oversight of the organization's financial and contracting processes.  Scheduled to meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month.

Management Information Services (MIS)

Convened to oversee, coordinate, and refine GCBH and Network Providers' Information Systems, monitor quality assurance and improvement plans, and serve as a forum to discuss challenges and share expertise. 

Quality Management Oversight

Convened to oversee and coordinate the Quality Management-related activities of all other committees.  Items of discussion include performance measures, areas of strength and concern as related to performance, network sufficiency, and any other items that are quality related. Scheduled to meet the 2nd month of each quarter.

Behavioral Health Advisory Board (BHAB)

A citizen's advisory board which advises the GCBH Executive Committee on public funded services available within GCBH.  It reviews and provides comments and/or recommendations on plans and policies, and serves on work groups and committees of GCBH.  Scheduled to meet at least quarterly, or more often as needed.
